The Chicagoland Invitational Concert Band Festival is the biggest and most important fundraiser for the Hersey band program. Proceeds from this event fund many critical band expenses throughout the year. Sponsorships and ad sales represent a key portion of the fundraising for this event.
To accommodate sponsors, we offer a variety of contribution levels (beginning at $35 for a Friends of the Band Ad). And the proceeds benefit both the band program and the individual students who sell the sponsorships or ads. Students receive a portion of the benefits directly into their band accounts to help defray band-related expenses (including private lessons).
Keep in mind that our program will be viewed by nearly 3000 participants of our Festival, including students, family and friends. The program offers sponsors an inexpensive and effective means for advertising—and at the same time, you’re helping the Hersey band!
